The Notifier

The Cashrewards web browser extension is available for major web browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. A mechanism that tracks members’ online behaviour and displays a notification function when a member visits a partner’s website. If you already have some coupon code apart from the cashback benefits, find it and apply it at the time of purchase to get the best savings. The Google Chrome extension had about 15,000+ users when the project started.

The Cashrewards MAX

Cashrewards MAX is a new service launched to redeem higher cashback for customers of ANZ (Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited). A mechanism that allows ANZ bank account holders to use their debit and credit cards at the time of purchase to buy products on partner websites and receive more benefits. Product launch in 2021 and already closed in 2022 due to the update of the partnership contracts

Problem and solutions

Needed different flows for existing and new Cashrewards customers, whether they are logged in or not. While paying attention to promoting participation in MAX in all flows, in the limited time of 6 months until launch, we will modify and modify the existing layout while maintaining the minimum necessary design changes. Due to the small display space, it was a sensitive work in detail, such as complying with web accessibility and brand guidelines.

Results

In this project, which required a lot of time for QA, it was necessary to map the entire flow with a higher system and identify the variations of each module at the time of handing over the design. I was selected for this project among multiple designers because I know the past update worked well. Minimize bugs and contribute to a successful launch in 6 months.
